Walter Bruce Willis – better known by his on screen name Bruce Willis – is an American producer and actor. The 1980s were the beginning of his career, as he began acting in TV. His roles have included comedic, dramatic, action, and other genres. John McClane from the Die Hard movies is his best-known role.
Willis is a West German native born in Idar-Oberstein. His parents are an American and a German from Kassel, Marlene. Willis was the first of four kids.
Willis was introduced to actress Demi Moor at the Stakeout premier. They were married on November 21st, 1987. Three daughters followed before they divorced in October of 2000.
In the years since his divorce, he’s dated Emily Sandberg and Maria Bravo Rosado. Brooke Burns he dated for about ten month before their breakup in 2004. He married Emma Heming March 21, 2009.
Sadly, in 2022, Bruce Willis retired from acting due to aphasia, a condition impacting his communication abilities.
