Taylor Swift filed for a trademark on the phrase “Female Rage The Musical”, less than a month after releasing her new album The Tortured Poets Department.

The TAS Rights management company of the “Cruel Summer” singer filed a trademark application with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office on May 11, 2011. The office accepted the application as meeting all requirements. The file, however, is still waiting for an attorney to be assigned to review it.

The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office is evaluating an application to trademark the term “Female Rage: The Musical” for use in musical recordings, clothing, jewelry, and live performances.

Taylor Swift’s 34-year-old trademark is not yet clear. She used it to describe the Eras Tour set that included songs from TTPD on the European leg in Paris, on May 9, when the tour began.

Taylor Swift, who performed four concerts in Paris after the release of the album, took to Instagram and reflected on the additions to the show.

She wrote this post dedicated to the Tortured Poets section of Eras Tour, also known as Female Rage: The Musical! “Thank you to everyone who helped make these memories magical.” Along with several pictures from the Paris concerts. To my crew, other performers, and a group who spent their breaks working tirelessly to create this surprise, but most importantly for the Paris fans. You gave us such excitement, passion, and love that I am so grateful you were the ones we showed it to. It’s going to be a blast playing this song for all the crowds on tour. “See you soon, Stockholm!”

Taylor Swift not only added new songs to her setlist from TTPD, but she also changed the costumes for the show and combined the Folklore with Evermore sets.

Travis Kelce was recently effusive about the performance after she attended it on May 12.

It was fun. Travis, 34 said, “It was an absolute blast” during his podcast, New Heights, on Wednesday, 15 May. I had an absolute blast at Tay’s show. It’s her new version of the Eras Tour, and I recommend everyone to go watch it. The Tortured Poets Department is a new addition. The new show includes a few of these songs, so there are new segments, lights, dancing, and everything else. It’s a show that everyone should go and watch. “It is incredible.”
